Brent Bowers — Founder and President
Brent Bowers, President of ZechBuysHouses LLC. Brent moved to Colorado Springs with his family in October 2015. He was stationed at Fort Carson and is a Transitioning Army Officer with 8.5 years of Army Service. He has had a passion for real estate since buying his first home in April 2007 and has since then helped many homeowners out of troublesome situations by buying their properties. Brent has a passion for helping homeowners and his Mission Statement was founded from the The Go Giver by Bob Burg.

Jennifer Way — Client Support Specialist
Jennifer Way, our Client Support Specialist, is the front line of ZechBuysHouses LLC. Jen moved to Colorado Springs from Florida after graduating from the University of Miami. She has been with ZechBuysHouses since April 2017 and works diligently to figure out the Best possible situation when buying houses from our clients. We are very fortunate to have Jen on the team and she has already helped more than 30 homeowners sell their properties right here in Colorado Springs. Jen has a heart for helping people and a pure Go Giver Attitude!
Joanna Gesmundo — Research and Marketing Specialist
Joanna Gesmundo, our Research and Marketing Specialist, is the cornerstone of making sure all data received is correct and accurate. She diligently scrubs our marketing data and sends out letters every week to keep the wheels moving at ZechBuysHouses. Joanna spends her free time volunteering at a local animal rescue center helping to find animals a new home. She has a huge heart, always goes the extra mile to help, and has a pure Go Giving personality.
Valentina Zapico — Land Marketing Specialist and Copy Writer
Valentina Zapico, our Marketing Specialist, is in charge of advertising land at ZechBuysHouses LLC. Valentina lives in Argentina and has a degree in English into Spanish Translation. She loves copywriting, posting on social media, chatting with potential buyers and generating leads. She has been with ZechBuysHouses LLC since August 2018. Valentina enjoys watching movies, Reading, doing yoga and spending time with her friends.
